Unverified User Lost luggage is never a good experience. However, your Newark airport office made the experience more pleasant and the went out of their way to get my luggage to Manhattan as fast as possible. Good people there.about 1 month ago

uesbritt@... Why is it everytime I fly AA the flight is never on time to make a connecting flight? Always leave late from gate and never is the time made up in the air like other Airlines.
Customer is not the priority, just are money.

mgevary@... I question the legality of considering non-action on the part of one who has purchased a service to be a violation of some contractual obligation. The service is flight, and a round trip ticket logically constitutes two sub-contracts, one in each direction. If I miss my first flight, AA and other airlines then charge me with non-observance of contract and cancel my second flight at my expense. Who imagined that this was legal?4 months ago

pappeone@... To AA, My name is Richard Dominguez, employed by Austin Energy, TX, I would like to share my experience with you, Sharon Buss, OMAHA, NEB. issued me my boarding pass, this lady preformed with professionalism, customer care, and promptness. This was my first time flying with AA, and I would fly again in the future, due to the fact, that employees like Sharon make it possible to want to come back and use your airlines. Thanks again Sharon.5 months ago

Kristy Paying to check your bag(s) stinks. Who needs luggage? People paying for their own ticket. Who usually doesn't? Business people who don't. Just add a couple bucks per ticket. Flying is becoming more and more unpleasant everyday.9 months ago

Michael Harris Flew coach on AA from Honolulu to LAX last Saturday...It was nice to see that your staff has not lost the customer service many airlines have completely abandoned in favor of "just cheap transport". We got to the airport several hrs early and were accommodated on an earlier flight with no problems or extra cost. And the on-board crew were great. Thanks!9 months ago

MAX1 Having been loyal to AA for over 10 years and with 2.5 million miles I'm very dissapointed over the cutbacks at both SNA and SJC. Forcing business and personal travelers to deal with the hassle of LAX and SFO will only force most people to jump "on the cattle car" known as Southwest Airlines. Even though I'm loyal to AA, adding an extra two hours (total) to deal with the mess at LAX is not a viable alternative to SNA.11 months ago
